The Randalls Pancake Story
Randalls Pancake House is nestled in South Elgin, Illinois. When we first met with Randalls about their website, the owner insisted he \”was fine\”. After a meeting with us he started to realize he wasn\’t \”fine\” at all. His site was being controlled by a different company out of state. His business profile on Google was not being claimed or managed. His menus were being hijacked by third-party sources that had the wrong items and were trying to charge him for ordering online…a service he does not have.
We were able to solve all of this for Tony. We built him a brand new responsive website concentrating on the things that would get people into his restaurant. Food, Price, and Service. We made it so he can easily change menu items and specials during the month. We claimed his Google Business Profile and are now expanding that reach. We fought to get him removed from other scam sites that had the wrong menu. He has reported an increase in traffic and is expanding his digital program to start targeting different demographics based on his results.
